The first one is “Sabiniano di Casanova” ,
Sangiovese 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Merlot 15% grapes.
Color Deep red ruby
Aromas wild berries and vanilla
Flavour plump, smooth and persistent
Alcohol 13%
Food pairing Steak, game, cacciucco (fish soup) cheese .
The other one , “le redole di Casanova” ,
it is an every day wine produced from
Sangiovese 80% and Canaiolo 20%.
